Shenzhen Hydrolaser Technology Limited (Hydrolaser) is a high-tech enterprise based in Shenzhen, China. Hydrolaser has set up processing service centers in various regions of the country and provides ongoing support to various overseas clients.
Hydrolaser mainly focuses on R&D, integration, sales and cleaning services of laser cleaning systems. The management, technology and sales team have many years of experience in the laser processing industry and are composed of PhDs and master's graduates at home and abroad.
Hydrolaser takes the hard power of science and technology as the foundation and “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” as its corporate social responsibility. They regard “Full Implementation of Green Intelligent Manufacturing” proposed by China's Manufacturing policy for 2025 as the blueprint and the laser cleaning as their core business. PROJECTS AND ACCOLADES
Their project, "Aircraft Skin Automated High-Power Laser Cleaning System," stood out among numerous technological innovation enterprises and was honored with the 'Weike Cup · OF week 2023 Best Laser Industry Application Case of the Year' award.
The laser cleaning system for aircraft skin received an award from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Non-destructive cleaning of the surface structure and mechanical properties of aerospace special metal materials has always been a major project in laser-related fields. During aircraft maintenance, it is necessary to remove all paint from the aircraft's surface and inspect the skin substrate for corrosion defects and fatigue cracks to prevent long-term failure. Traditional cleaning methods, such as paint strippers and abrasive applications, pollute the environment, can impact operator health, and are costly. While they can achieve non-destructive results under the operation of skilled technicians, they cannot guarantee consistent results for large-scale operations, leading to lower efficiency and an inability to create industrial standards.
As a national high-tech enterprise focused on laser surface treatment, Hydrolaser has been involved in the laser industry for many years. With technical support from renowned universities such as the University of Liverpool, the University of Manchester, and Harbin Institute of Technology, among others, we have accumulated over 40 laser cleaning-related patents and released several cutting-edge products and technologies that lead the laser cleaning market. In the past two years, we have made breakthroughs in laser cleaning applications in various niche markets, including photovoltaics, wafer manufacturing, and power batteries.
THE LASER SOURCE - RAYCUS
Wuhan Raycus Fiber Laser Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan Raycus") is a strategic partner of Hydrolaser, and is the first Chinese enterprise engaged in the research, development and scale production of high-power fiber lasers and core devices and the largest fiber laser R&D and production base with global influence in China.
Wuhan Raycus has an international first-class fiber laser and key device research and development team. It has created many firsts in the industry. The company has successively developed the first 10W pulse fiber laser, the first 25W pulse fiber laser, the first 100W continuous fiber laser, the first 1,000W continuous fiber laser, the first 4000W continuous fiber laser product and the first 6000W continuous fiber laser product in China. In March 2013, it developed China’s first 10kW industry-level fiber laser, which made China the second country to master the core technologies of 10,000W fiber laser in the world. Since its establishment in 2007, Wuhan Raycus has developed the industrialization of two series products, 10W-100W pulse fiber lasers and 200W-10000W continuous fiber lasers. It can produce 30,000 pulse fiber lasers and 10,000 continuous fiber lasers of medium and high power annually. The fiber lasers produced by the company account for 30% of the Chinese domestic market share and they are exported to Asia, Europe, America, the Middle East and other regions.
